A UV printhead that goes to the surface and prints on it.
A UV inkjet printhead mounted on a rail that stands against a surface, or on a wheeled unit that rolls across a floor. It prints a digital image directly onto the surface, and UV light cures the ink as it prints, so the surface is finished when the head reaches the end of the pass. It breaks down, travels in a van, and sets up where the work is. The surface does not come to the machine. The machine goes to the surface.

Floor installation
Wall installationYou already buy this outcome. This changes how it is produced.
Instead of printed vinyl
Ink applied directly to the surface. No seams, no adhesive, no lamination lifespan, no installer crew, nothing to ship. The applications.
Instead of metal and acrylic signage
Print directly on the surface, or print onto your own panel stock in the shop and install conventionally. The applications.
Instead of painted markings
Printed graphics, full color, including logos and text that paint cannot produce, on floors and vertical surfaces. The applications.
Route by what you run, not by what we make.
Contractors adding a capability
Flooring, painting, coatings, signage and tenant improvement firms. You already sell surfaces; this changes the cost structure on work you already quote, and lets you take work you currently decline.
Facilities producing in house
Plants, distribution centers, hospitals, schools, municipalities and venues. Signage, wayfinding and safety marking produced on your own schedule instead of a vendor's.
Multi-location brand programs
Franchisors and national accounts. One machine, one ink set, one output standard, identical at every location, on your rollout calendar.
Three machines. Prices published.
Certified reconditioned machines start at $29,995 with a six month hardware warranty. Full specifications on the machines page.
Thirteen substrates. White ink standard.

Ink at about fifty cents a square foot. That is the consumable.
No subscription, no software license, no per-print fee, no royalty on work produced. Print heads are wear items at about $2,000, replaced on a schedule rather than on failure. Five year hardware warranty, and lifetime technical support from the Wilmington team that engineers and assembles the machines. The full cost picture, including the displaced cost model, is on the cost page.
Not what you would make. What you would stop buying.
Put in your current method, your annual square footage and your real rate, and the model shows both methods side by side: current annual spend, projected in house cost, payback in months, and the five year difference. When the inputs do not support the purchase, it says so and tells you to keep buying the way you buy now. Run your numbers.
Referenced by facility type, not by testimonial.
One of the world's largest e-commerce and logistics operators runs 6 units internally for internal wayfinding and compliance signage across its buildings. More than 350+ machines are in the field across North and South America since 2020, operated by contractors, independent print businesses and internal facilities teams. Reference installations and operator contacts are available on request, matched to your facility type.
Engineered, assembled and supported from one building in Wilmington.
Training on your own machine with the team that builds it. Parts stocked domestically. Support is lifetime and does not expire with a warranty period, nine to eight Eastern, seven days. The people are named, with faces and titles, on the about page, and what support actually covers is on the support page.
